Engine 6 is a 2003 HME custom cab truch with a Central States body . It carries 1250 gallons of water and has a pump capacity of 1250 gallons per minute (GPM). Engine 6 carries various medical equipment and O2. Pre connect one and pre connect two are 200 foot 1 3/4" lines. Engine 6 is also equipped with a 150 foot 2 1/2" crosslay, and a 200 foot 2 1/2" pre connect on the rear. It carries 1000 feet of 4 " large diameter supply line. 24, 14 and 10 foot ladders are stored with in the truck on either side of the tank. Structural firefighting equipment, such as exhaust fans, forcible entry tools and SCBA's (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus) are also stored within the truck. Engine 6 has also been moved up to our first due truck along with Rescue 1.
